Vendilli Digital Group, a Pittsburgh-based internet marketing service, has reportedly acquired Ontario-based inbound marketing startup agency, Horseshoe & Co., in an effort to cement its HubSpot partner status across the Greater Pittsburgh area.
As per reports, the six-year-old Canadian startup holds a Diamond Partner Status with HubSpot, making the takeover a strong strategic step by Vendilli towards its ambitious growth agenda.
Following the completion of the proposed takeover deal, all four of Horseshoe & Co. team members, including CEO and founder Andrea Moxham, would join Vendilli as HubSpot consultants. Moxham, who would help the transition go through, would be serving as Senior HubSpot Consultant.
According to Vendilli, the incoming team members would contribute their respective expertise with HubSpot platform branding, consulting, design, as well as CMS Hub web development.
Vendilli Digital Group CEO and founder, Chris Vendilli, stated that the most thrilling thing about the proposed takeover is that it gives Vendilli access to a team of exceptionally talented individuals who have a strong chemistry, know what they are doing, and work well together.
Meanwhile, through a growth perspective, it allows the company to expand its capabilities and capacity for both new as well as existing clients that are interested in website CMS, HubSpot CRM, or marketing automation tools, Vendilli added.
Some of the Horseshoe & Co. clients that would be served by Vendilli Digital include playbook software company, Trainual, which helps small businesses train, onboard, and scale up their teams; POWER Engineers, which is an engineering, and environmental consulting enterprise; and CAPA: The Global Education Network, an enterprise that helps institutions of higher education construct programs to address their goals for learning abroad.
It is to be noted that Horseshoe & Co. was just one of only two Diamond-certified HubSpot Partners in Ontario. Vendilli Digital on the other hand, is a Platinum-certified HubSpot Solutions Partner as well as one of the select few HubSpot Certified Trainers within the Greater Pittsburgh area.
