Trifork acquires Swiss IT firm Vilea to fortify its presence in Europe

Trifork Holding AG, a company that specializes in providing advanced IT and business services, has reportedly acquired Swiss-based IT firm Vilea. The move will allow Trifork to expand its service reach in Switzerland and reinforce its presence in Europe.

Founded in 2009, Vilea has emerged as a prominent entity in offering customized mobile enterprise applications. It has developed a solid track record in providing business-critical applications to some popular companies. The IT firm currently has around 11 employees in Vienna and Zürich.
