Lanvin Group, a global luxury fashion firm, announced the launch of its new brand identity, after its name change from Fosun Fashion Group. The adoption of the world-renowned Lanvin brand as its new name indicates the Group's intentions to develop a global portfolio of well-known luxury fashion brands.

Notably, the new brand identity includes a modernized logo and an updated group website, which gives the company a fresh look to show its commitment to its heritage.

Madame Jeanne Lanvin established the company in 1889 and the group is now the oldest French luxury couture house in operation. Madame Lanvin was a true pioneer and visionary, as her determination, creativity, and flair are still as relevant to the Group today, as they had been when she first started the brand.

The Lanvin Group has a goal to continue Madame Lanvin's tradition of innovation and passion for excellence. The rebrand represents Lanvin Group's constant efforts to create an overall ecosystem that empowers heritage brands, promotes diverse talents, and celebrates creative ideas.

Moreover, the new brand identity provides a shared platform to Lanvin Group's portfolio brands, with a focus to rightly express their creativity, utilize their potential, and revive long-term growth.

The Group will continue to set new standards and cross new horizons through strategic investments, and by offering operational support for brands, along with unrivaled access to rapidly expanding luxury fashion markets in the world.

Lanvin Group's portfolio of prominent heritage brands comprises of French couture house Lanvin, luxury American womenswear brand, St. John Knits, Austrian skinwear specialist Wolford, high-end Italian menswear company Caruso and Italian luxury shoemaker Sergio Rossi.

These five brands have a combined history of more than 390 years and have a significant global presence in around 60 countries with over 290 retail stores, 1,200 points of sales, and around 3,600 employees across the world.
