EasemyApp has reportedly announced the launch of a new mobile application exclusively for offline retailers. As per trusted sources, the app aims to offer a platform where offline retailers can personalize shopping experience and eventually offer better discounts based on the customer’s buying patterns, store inventory, and product aging.
When it comes to tracking customer behavior, online retailers have an upper hand as their websites and applications are designed to examine the shopper’s online activity. Reportedly, offline retailers lack the features to understand customer behavior in terms of what they like to buy.
Gagandeep Nagra, Country Manager, Android Enterprise was quoted stating that the partnership with EasemyApp is intended to make Android the go-to platform for businesses. Reportedly, Google had teamed up with EasemyApp earlier this year to promote the use of Android platform in businesses.
Sources familiar with the development claim that the new application by EasemyApp will enable shoppers to choose product combos being offered at stores by scanning the product portfolio.
Samishta Sharma, Head of Business Development at EasemyApp told sources that the company is a boutique enterprise that provides mobility solutions to help retailers solve their business problems. The firm is currently focused on pushing small screens for serious business applications starting with retail as a vertical, Sharma added.
According to sources, the announcement of the app was made at a bi-annual booking event organized by Crimsoune Club, a leading fashion brand and a customer of EasemyApp’s retail mobility solutions. Piyush Mangla, Director of Crimsoune Club was reportedly quoted stating that solutions like EasyShow and EasyOrder will help lifestyle brands such as Crimsoune grow faster.
