Car dealership franchise frontrunner, Byrider has recently selected Shopmonkey, a renowned cloud-deployed auto shop management platform, as its newest technology partner. This collaboration is part of Byrider’s strategic innovation initiative that commenced in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis.
Byrider dealerships are currently deploying Shopmonkey software across all 148+ locations nationwide for deployment by over 2,000 Byrider employees. Apparently, all future Byrider dealerships will be incorporated in the technology partnership inked with Shopmonkey.
For the record, Byrider, in the past two years, has centered around technology, with investments in this area to benefit the end consumers with its dealerships.
The franchise developed a new CRM tool, capitalized on cloud conversion, and launched an online credit application to allow customers’ approval in three minutes or less. It will also soon debut a novel customer app that would seamlessly integrate with Shopmonkey.
According to the CEO of Byrider, Craig Peters, the company began exploring opportunities for upgrading the service software in line with its continued efforts to offer customers the best experiences. Craig further revealed that several of their franchise owners are already making the most of Shopmonkey as they witnessed significant improvements in customer engagement, operational efficiencies, and a boost in revenues.
Meanwhile, the Founder and CEO of Shopmonkey, Ashot Iskandarian, expressed enthusiasm for the innovation and partnership, while denoting Byrider as a strong organization, just like Shopmonkey, that focuses on providing support to a host of often-overlooked essential workers.
Ashot also mentioned that the company is focused on assisting Byrider franchisees to upgrade their vehicle-owner experience using modern methods of transparency and customer communication.
Sources reveal that Shopmonkey would be enhancing Byrider operations across all the service centers of its dealerships to enhance their workflow efficiencies in a bid to help better serve and directly interact with their customers.
It is worth noting that the all-in-one solution from Shopmonkey simplifies the challenges incurred in running an auto repair business into a single platform, that comprises appointment scheduling, customer communications, parts ordering, and payment processing.
